The Montgomery College Nonprofit Leadership Institute and Maryland Nonprofits invites applicants for the 2012 Nonprofit Management Boot Camp. The Boot Camp is designed to challenge and cultivate the skills of mid-level administrators (program directors and program managers), directors and those new to management. It is ideal for those individuals who find themselves managing personnel and programs and who desire to participate in a professional development program. The program will last over an eight (8) month period which will include nine (9) full-day sessions at the Montgomery College Gaithersburg Business Training Center. Maryland Humanities Council (MHC) seeks to develop new relationships with Maryland non-profit organizations that engage the public through humanities-based programming. The workshop is designed for potential applicant organizations that would like to learn about the MHC grant process. MHC staff will walk participants through the steps for completing its on-line grant application, review grant guidelines, and discuss strategies for successful completion of your proposal. In addition, immediately following the workshop, Museum staff will be conducting a behind the scenes tour.
