Maryland Nonprofits is starting two new sessions of its highly successful Leaders Circles—
one for executive directors and one for development directors.

Each Leaders Circle meets for a facilitated discussion two hours a month for nine months. 
During each session, participants share issues, problems, needs, etc. they are facing. 
The group then engages in guided “brainstorming”conversations that help participants  
develop an action plan to address their issue.
