Library Resources
at Maryland Nonprofits
General
Information
The library resources
at Maryland Nonprofits are among our most frequently used membership
services. Two libraries are available, one in our Baltimore office
and one in our Silver Spring office. The collections number over
4,000 items - books, journals, videos, reports and newsletters -
on all aspects of the nonprofit world. Broad topics include nonprofit
management; legal, financial, tax, and public policy issues; human
resources; nonprofit boards; fundraising and grant sources; program
evaluation; ethics; and volunteer management. Except for videos,
library items do not circulate; they must be used in the libraries.
Upon request, materials can be transferred between the two libraries.
Maryland Nonprofits also
sells books at special member rates through our bookstore.
