will review how the board and staff work together to set and meet fundraising goals.

This training is appropriate for Boards of Directors who have staff resources available to them

to assist in the development process.

•  The roles and responsibilities of staff and board members in fundraising

•  Key concepts about why people give

•  Creating an effective Development Committee

•  Donor cultivation as a development tool
