From Baltimore: Take Russell Street, continuing on MD-295 SOUTH. Take the I-695 EAST exit toward Glen Burnie, and merge on I-695 EAST. Take the I-97 exit toward Annapolis and the Bay Bridge, and continue on I-97 for about 17 miles. Take the US-50 EAST/US-301 NORTH exit toward Annapolis and the Bay Bridge. From US-50 EAST, take Exit 24 (MD-70, Rowe Blvd./Bestgate Road). Keep right, continuing on Rowe Blvd. into Annapolis. Merge onto MD-70 E. Turn right on Calvert Street. Park in the Park America garage at 25 Calvert Street (on the left). Exit the garage on the 3rd level onto Northwest Street. Walk east (right) on Northeast Street. At the Post Office, turn left onto Church Circle. Continue one block on College Avenue. Cross Bladen Street, then turn left onto Bladen Street. The entrance to the Lowe House Office Building will be on your right.

From Washington D.C.: Take US-50 EAST toward Annapolis for about 13 miles, continuing on US-50 EAST/US-301 NORTH. From US-50 EAST, take Exit 24 (MD-70, Rowe Blvd./Bestgate Road). Keep right, continuing on Rowe Blvd. into Annapolis. Merge onto MD-70 E. Turn right on Calvert Street. Park in the Park America garage at 25 Calvert Street (on the left). Exit the garage on the 3rd level onto Northwest Street. Walk east (right) on Northeast Street. At the Post Office, turn left onto Church Circle. Continue one block on College Avenue. Cross Bladen Street, then turn left onto Bladen Street. The entrance to the Lowe House Office Building will be on your right.

Parking: $1.50 per hour, $12 max. Make sure you have a photo ID with you for state complex security.
