The “Strategic Planning Kick-Off Workshop” will get your board and staff geared up and on the right track for your upcoming strategic planning effort. This workshop will provide a practical, step-by-step approach to that covers how to gather and analyze data you need to inform decision-making; who to involve at what steps in the process; and how to construct the necessary components of a strategic plan. The workshop will also cover how to implement the plan and ensure that it remains a guiding force for your board and staff over a multi-year period. Participants will receive sample strategic plans and templates and tools to apply in their own organizations.
