From the I-495:

Take the Beltway exit 31B Georgia Avenue South.  Take Georgia for approximately a half-mile.  Bear right onto 16th Street.  Take 16th Street for less than one mile.  Make a left on Spring Street (after the Blockbuster Video in shopping center).  Go 0.2 miles to 1420 Spring Street.

From Washington, DC and other Points South:

From Downtown:  Take 7th Street north, which later becomes Georgia Avenue.  Follow Georgia Avenue for 6-7 miles into Silver Spring.  Turn left onto Spring Street.  Go 1 ½ blocks to 1420 Spring Street.

Take Connecticut Avenue to East-West Highway.  Turn right onto East-West Highway and take it to 16th Street.  Turn left onto 16th Street and take it to the first right turn, which is Spring Street.  Follow Spring Street to 1420 Spring Street.

By Metro:

Take the Red Line to the Silver Spring station.  From the station, walk north on Colesville Road to Second Avenue.  Cross Colesville (at the McDonald’s) and follow Second Avenue until the intersection of Spring Street and Second Avenue.  The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Inter-Generational Center will be on your right.

Parking:

Parking is available in public lots. Consider Montgomery County lot at Cameron and Second Avenue (same lot used when visiting Maryland Nonprofits Silver Spring Office). Stay on Second Ave side of lot and exit at Fenwick. Walk toward Second Ave, then right to Spring Street.
