2016 Salary Survey

We are conducting the 2016 Salary Survey to assist nonprofit organizations with determining compensation rates. Your organization is invited to participate! Keeping your salary structure up-to-date is important to

helping
your organization attract and retain talented employees – and regularly reviewing salaries is an important benchmark in the Standards for Excellence®.  

To show our appreciation for your time and contribution, members of Maryland Nonprofits who complete the survey will receive a full, free copy of the 2016 Salary Survey Report. Non-members will receive a free copy of the abbreviated executive summary. In addition, every organization that completes the survey will be entered into a prize drawing for one free registration to the Maryland Nonprofits Annual Conference on September 29, 2016.

We suggest designating one representative from your organization to collect responses on your behalf before beginning the 2016 Salary Survey online. To facilitate the data-collection process, download a PDF version of the 2016 Salary Survey.

survey,
but has concerns about anonymity, we have developed an alternate version that does not collect your name or contact information.  Please click here to begin the anonymous survey.

The deadline to submit your responses to the 2016 Salary Survey is Friday, March 18, 2016. Your responses, and the responses of your

peers,
will be aggregated and reported in a non-identifying manner in the survey report, which will be available in late summer 2016.
