Nonprofit Votes Count

August 11, 2015

The most basic way people can participate in their government is as voters, and elections are the essential form of accountability of government to the governed. Maryland Nonprofits urges all our members and other organizations in our community to support the nonpartisan Nonprofit Votes Count campaign, being led nationally by Independent Sector, the National Council of Nonprofits, Nonprofit VOTE, and United Way Worldwide. The campaign’s goal is to insure that the staff, volunteers and clients of nonprofits across the country are registered to vote and exercise that power.

Learn how to participate in Nonprofit Votes Count and RSVP now for a free initial webinar this week on Tuesday or Thursday about the campaign.
