Mid-Shore Mental Health Systems
MSMHS’s mission is to continually improve the provision of mental health services for residents of Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Talbot Counties through effective coordination of services in collaboration with consumers, family members, providers and community leaders. The Mental Health Association of Frederick County’s mission is to build a strong foundation of emotional wellness through education, empowerment, advocacy and treatment for children, adults and families through a wide array of services. The Maryland Coalition of Families for Children’s Mental Health believes children and youth with behavioral health needs are valued and require individualized services to achieve their full potential.
