Joe Morales

Joe Morales is a registered patent attorney. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in biochemistry and molecular biology and a law degree from the University of Baltimore.

He served in active duty with the United States Army and in the Maryland Army National Guard as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot. He is a former president of the Maryland Hispanic Bar Association and former Secretary of the Maryland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He is committed to supporting the growing Latino population in Maryland.
