Rachel Mygatt

STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENT AND PROGRAM SUPPORT MANAGER

As Administration and Development Manager, Rachel Mygatt oversees office administration, assists the President and CEO and other staff with development and other efforts, and manages volunteers and interns.

A social worker by training, Rachel has spent the past fifteen years as a stay-at-home-mom and active community volunteer, having served in leadership positions on several Baltimore nonprofit boards. Rachel earned a master’s degree in social work from Fordham University Graduate school of Social Service in 1994. She also holds a B.A. from Dickinson College.
