Help Your Sector! Participate in the 2018 Salary Survey!
Maryland Nonprofits is conducting the 2018 Salary Survey to better assist nonprofit organizations throughout the state in regards to their compensation programs. Reviewing salaries regularly is an important benchmark in the Standards for Excellence®, and keeping your salary structure up to date is an important step in helping your organization attract and retain talented employees. 228 respondents from organizations across all regions of Maryland participated in our 2016 Salary Survey, enabling Maryland Nonprofits to offer a detailed look at statewide
compensation in the nonprofit sector. This year we hope to collect salient information from an even greater number of respondents and we hope you’ll participate in this important effort!
In appreciation of your time and contribution to the survey, members of Maryland Nonprofits who complete the survey will receive a free copy of the full 2018 Salary Survey Report and non-members will receive a free copy of the abbreviated executive summary. In addition, all organizations who complete the survey will be entered into a prize drawing for a $200 Amazon.com gift certificate.
IMPORTANT SURVEY INFO
Before you progress through the 2018 Salary Survey, we suggest that you assign one representative of your organization to collect your organizational responses and to complete the survey. To better facilitate this process, we have provided a PDF version of the 2018 Salary Survey which your representative may print and use to collect your organization’s responses to the questions prior to proceeding with the online survey. Your responses and the responses of your colleagues will be aggregated and reported in a non-identifying manner in the survey report, which will be available in late summer.
