Public Information Act Passes Third Reading in House of Delegates!

April 9, 2015

House Bill 755 – reforming our State’s Public Information Act – has passed third reading in the House of Delegates and will now head to the Senate for approval! Thank you to everyone who acted on our alert earlier this week. HB 755 has essentially only technical changes from the version the Senate has already passed.
